I've been listening to Bob for 50+ years and I still can't believe the amount of amazing tunes he wrote - and the number of songs that were never officially released. Incredible! If anyone ever diminishes the value and genius of this man they are wacko! So say I...

I think BJA & aldentre are both right. The chord progression on "somebody better explain" definitely follows the "once upon a time" pattern of "Rolling Stone." But this amazing song has a musical complexity that's reminiscent of "One of Us.." - not to mention that both "Lover" & "Know" are directed, ruefully, at the partner in a burnt-out relationship (i.e., a lot of "why did you do this?" and "why did you wait so long to tell me that?"). PS: these are my two desert-island Dylan songs.
